Job summary

DEME in Dordrecht is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support the Infra Activity Line with HR administrative tasks and recruitment activities. You will use Workday, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and help implement HR procedures and policies.

The role requires a BSc in a relevant field and at least 3 years of HR experience in a technical environment, with fluent Dutch and English. A proactive, team‑oriented mindset and flexible attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong organizational skills and eye for detail.
• Experience in an HR department in a technical environment is advantageous.
• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Handle HR and recruitment administrative tasks.
• Input data into the HR system (Workday).
• Invite newly hired employees to discuss terms of employment.
• Coordinate health insurance and other HR arrangements.
• Assist in implementing HR procedures and policies.
• Attend job fairs.
• Organize annual audits and trainings.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Be the point of contact for Dutch HR questions.
• Support receptionist colleagues when needed.
