Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Junior Group Internal Auditor to embark on a dynamic, international career in internal audit. You will visit production sites across Europe and North America, partner with senior leaders, and help strengthen controls while driving continuous improvement within Refresco’s global organization.

You’ll be coached by experienced Internal Auditors, rapidly grow your business knowledge, and build an international network across the company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed or near completion in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and genuine curiosity to understand how businesses operate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across cultures and functions.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 50% of time.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, or data visualization is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audits across Refresco's Business Units in Europe, North America and the UK.
• Conduct audit fieldwork, including interviews, walkthroughs and testing activities.
• Analyze business processes, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and help develop practical recommendations.
• Provide support and insight to a broad range of stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to ad hoc reviews, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare audit reports, present findings, and support the follow-up of agreed action plans.
• Support the modernization of the Internal Audit function by identifying opportunities to improve audit processes, reporting, and the use of data and analytics.
