Reanda Netherlands is looking for a graduate / intern auditor to develop as a specialist in international group audits within a supportive, coaching-led environment.

You will work on cross-border engagements, expand technical skills, and benefit from full education costs coverage and a dynamic, growth-oriented culture. Excellent communication and multilingual abilities are valued to bridge cultures effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Ambitious to work in an international setting and become a specialist in international group audits.
• Previous experience not required; international mindset is a must.
• Currently studying at HBO or university, or recently graduated professionals seeking a RA/CPA/ACCA path.

Responsibilities

• Support international group audit engagements for Dutch-based clients and their subsidiaries.
• Develop technical audit skills with coaching and direct feedback from senior auditors.
• Engage in cross-cultural communication and bridging language barriers during audits.
• Continuously develop through internal training, on-the-job learning, and client exposure.
