Resolvo Engineering B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a (Junior) Field Service Engineer to maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic marine cranes and related mechanical equipment at customer sites and ships in the Rotterdam region.

You will receive tools, training, and support to grow into an independent service engineer, with hands-on assignments at vessels, shipyards, and ports, plus a company service van for field work and long-term career opportunities.

Qualificações

• A technical education in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• An interest in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial machinery.
• Relevant experience in maintenance or field service is an advantage, but not essential for junior candidates.
• Practical and hands-on skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Welding experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
• A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• A valid driving licence (Category B).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in the Rotterdam region.

Responsabilidades

To strengthen its service team in the Rotterdam region, we are looking for a (Junior) Field Service engineer with a mechanical background and an interest in hydraulic systems and marine cranes.

The role

As a (Junior) Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic marine cranes and related mechanical equipment.

You will work at various customer locations, including vessels, shipyards, and port facilities. You will receive the necessary tools, training, and support to develop your technical skills and grow into an independent service engineer.

A company service van will be provided for your field assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on hydraulic marine cranes.


• Identify and resolve mechanical and hydraulic faults.


• Inspect and replace mechanical components, hydraulic hoses, cylinders, and valves.


• Assist with crane installation, commissioning, and testing.

What we offer

• Salary: Up to €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.


• Contract: Full-time position with an initial one-year contract and the possibility of a permanent position.
