Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a hands-on Facility & Maintenance coordinator at the Bleiswijk fulfillment center. You will own facility-related operations, coordinating suppliers, tracking requests in FMIS, and ensuring waste streams and general upkeep keep the site running smoothly.

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and good English/Dutch are essential. You’ll support production teams by maintaining a safe, organized environment and handling logistics tasks, with opportunities to engage in light

Qualifications

• Experience or background in facility, logistics, or production work.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership over tasks.
• Good communication and team-player attitude.
• Flexibility with hours and tasks.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Comfortable using Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility suppliers to ensure services are delivered to standard.
• Log and resolve requests using the FMIS.
• Coordinate waste management and site upkeep.
• Coordinate snow/ice removal and safe site access.
• Ensure building supplies are fully stocked.
• Assist with light technical tasks with the maintenance team.
• Coordinate workwear management with laundry services.
• Perform logistics and warehouse-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate administrative records.
