Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Junior Engineering Document Controller for a 12-month freelance assignment in Winschoten, Netherlands. You will support documentation management, reporting, and information consolidation across multiple stakeholders and disciplines on a large-scale HV substation EPC project.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate across a multidisciplinary team; familiarity with BIM360/ACC/Forma and AutoCAD is preferred,

Qualifications

• Junior professional with an engineering, technical, or similar background
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, comfortable managing large volumes of project information
• Confident coordinating information across a multidisciplinary project team, with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and/or Forma preferred
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD highly desirable
• Previous exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial projects is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support documentation management for a large HV substation EPC project.
• Consolidate information across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate project records throughout the lifecycle.
