Job summary

Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic junior engineer consultant who will contribute to transformation projects for clients. You will perform data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, and workshops, while supporting teams and helping to advance knowledge sharing across industries.

You will quickly take on responsibilities and grow with the company, collaborating in a fast-growing environment and potentially working abroad for short assignments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Interest in Energy sector.
• Analytical mind and synthesis skills.
• Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous and committed.
• Interest in data and AI; ability to build expertise quickly.
• Dutch and English required; German is a plus.
• Willing to participate in temporary assignments abroad (France, Belgium or Luxembourg).

Responsibilities

• Involved in transformation projects for clients.
• Execute project assignments including data structuring and analysis.
• Conduct benchmarks, interviews, workshops, process mapping and define specifications.
• Support project teams and contribute to knowledge sharing (workshops/publications).
• Collaborate in a fast-growing consultancy environment.
