Job summary

Monks is seeking a Junior Digital Designer to join the category creative team. You will work hands-on in production design, proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, delivering localised assets across EU markets.

The role is embedded in the client’s design team and offers a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in the office) with regular client-site work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, roll out translations, and maintain pixel-perfect execution across

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital/production design with a portfolio across formats and channels.
• Fluent in Figma, including templates, components and style guides.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Photoshop for retouching and prep.
• Excellent attention to detail: asset counts, file organisation, error-free delivery.
• Solid fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Support category projects through their lifecycle: set up files, prepare assets and localise for markets.
• Design and adapt assets for sales, seasonal events and collections from master templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Build production-ready assets, components and prototypes in Figma, including templates and libraries.
• Keep production tools up to date and deliver final assets with proper file links and updates.
• Prepare product imagery, including background removal and image prep.
• Import copy into assets and set up in-situ mockups.
• Roll out translations across EU markets and ensure error-free delivery.
