Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior UI Designer to drive high‑impact digital experiences for global brands. You will bridge big ideas with flawless UI execution within our Transformation Center of Excellence, working on campaign sites, brand platforms, and ecosystems.

You’ll lead design from concept through launch, mentor junior designers, and collaborate across art direction, copy, UX, motion, and engineering. Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, UI/UX or creative roles with a strong portfolio.
• Strong Figma expertise and modern component design thinking.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into user journeys and flows.
• Clear design rationale and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept original ideas and test across screens and interactions.
• Design UI components and screens in Figma with high craft.
• Translate brand strategies into functional user journeys and flows.
• Prototype rapidly using Figma, light code, or AI workflows.
• Build polished decks with visuals and design rationale.
• Collaborate with art direction, copy, UX, motion, and engineering.
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers to raise craft.
• Present concepts to leadership and clients with confidence.
