Job summary

Vencomatic Group is seeking a hands-on Mechatronics assembler to bring machines and complete production lines to life at the Venco Campus in Eersel. You will assemble, connect, and adjust mechanical and electronic components, and test complete machines before delivery to ensure top quality.

In this role, you will organize resources and capacity to maintain smooth production, identify improvements for smarter processes, and work well both independently and in a team.

Your career

• Assembling, connecting, and adjusting mechanical and electronic components;
• Testing complete machines to ensure everything works perfectly before delivery;
• Organizing resources, materials, and capacity to ensure smooth production;
• Identifying and implementing improvements to make the process smarter and more efficient.
• An MBO diploma in Mechatronics;
• A curious attitude - possibly with experience in a similar role;
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team;
• Practical insight, an eye for quality, and good communication skills.
