Job summary

Dapper is seeking a Junior Content Marketer based in the Netherlands to help build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide. You will contribute to strategy and execution, supporting diverse B2B clients globally from startups to scale-ups.

The role values curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for creative writing, with a focus on learning and growing in B2B content marketing. Fluency in Dutch and English is important as we collaborate across teams and clients.

As a Junior Content Marketer, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• Have 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.
• Are eager to learn and grow in the world of B2B Content Marketing
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where curiosity and ambition are celebrated
• Bring a proactive attitude and aren’t afraid to experiment, ask questions, or challenge the status quo
