Job summary

DeltaQuad in the Netherlands is looking for a Junior Commercial Support Specialist to join our international sales team. You will support the day-to-day commercial process, prepare quotations and respond to customer requests while coordinating with Country Managers and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Interest in technology and complex technical products.
• Experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations or Customer Support is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the internal sales process with quotations, commercial documentation and customer requests.
• Support Country Managers with commercial and administrative activities where needed.
• Manage and follow up on incoming commercial requests, including the general inbox.
• Help answer questions about pricing, lead times, products and internal processes.
• Coordinate requests between different departments and follow up on actions.
• Support day-to-day commercial and administrative activities.
• Help prepare trade shows, events and other commercial activities.
• Keep commercial information organized and up to date.
