Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Junior Cloud DevOps Engineer – Azure Based to join our global DevOps team. You will work on deploying and optimizing Azure IaaS/PaaS components, emphasizing reliability, security and observability, while learning from senior architects.

You will collaborate with Cloud Architects and Sr. DevOps to implement documented solutions, improve processes, and document procedures for cross-training across the team. The role requires 2+ years in DevOps and AWS? (Note: Azure focus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep).
• Experience in building and maintaining Azure IaaS components (VM, Storage and Networking).
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Azure PaaS Components – App Services, Function Apps, App Gateways and Load Balancers, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform or Site Reliability Engineer;


• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep);


• Experience in building and maintaining Azure IaaS components (VM, Storage and Networking);

• Understanding of containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes;


• Strong knowledge of observability, reliability and security;


• A structured, service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills;


• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid technological changes and complex customer requirements;


• Nice to have: certifications in Azure (AZ-900 or AZ - 104)
