Job summary

Robin Radar Systems is seeking a Jr. Business Controller to turn data into actionable insights, shaping forecasts and strategic decisions. You’ll partner with teams across the business, report to the Head of Business Controlling, and help maintain high standards of financial control.

The role emphasizes forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment, with learning opportunities and growth within the finance function.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A, ideally within a multinational environment
• Strong command of financial modelling, forecasting, and modern reporting tools
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Analytical mind with sharp attention to detail and a strategic outlook
• Proactive team player who takes ownership and works well independently
• Excellent communicator across cultures, comfortable collaborating with teams across our group companies

Responsibilities

• Financial forecasting and analysis: Collate, analyze, and interpret financial data using preset tools and methods.
• Drive budget forecasting and closing processes to keep growth plans on track.
• Reporting and dashboarding: Deliver clear management analytics, periodic reports, and visual dashboards.
• Give leaders visibility for confident operational oversight.
• Variance and trend analysis: Run variance analysis to track performance and translate shifts into steering advice.
• Adhere to financial policies and improve internal controls.
• Compliance and risk oversight: Review data for completeness and accuracy, ensure alignment with regulations.
• Cross-functional projects: Support financial projects across entities and enable data management systems usage.
