Robin Radar is seeking a Jr. Business Controller to bring data to life and turn financial insights into smart operational decisions.

You will forecast, report, and support strategic goals while collaborating across the business to keep growth on track. Reporting to the Head of Business Controlling, you will build accurate forecasts, deliver dashboards, perform variance analysis, and help implement financial controls.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in financial controlling or FP&A.
• Degree in accounting/finance/business administration or related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strategic outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Financial forecasting and analysis: collate, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Reporting and dashboarding: deliver clear management analytics and dashboards.
• Variance and trend analysis: track performance and translate shifts into steering advice.
• Financial policies and internal controls: advise on guidelines and improve controls.
• Compliance and risk oversight: verify data accuracy and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Cross-functional projects: assist on financial projects and data system usage.
