Job summary

Lamme is seeking a Business Controller with several years’ experience to translate data into concrete insights that guide better decisions and improve efficiency. You’ll be the link between finance, data and operations, influencing processes, performance and digitalisation.

You’ll develop management information and dashboards, and take ownership of analyses, reports and improvement initiatives. You’ll engage in BI and AI-enabled projects to organise information smarter.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Finance & Control, Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• 3–5 years’ relevant work experience in a data or finance role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into insights to support decisions and improvement initiatives.
• Develop management information and dashboards to steer the organisation.
• Participate in BI, data quality and digitalisation projects and explore AI applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders while taking independent responsibility for analyses.
