Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Developer to join the EMEA BI team in Amsterdam. You will contribute to designing and delivering scalable BI products, collaborating with senior developers, and growing toward a more senior role as you build hands-on experience across the full BI lifecycle.

You will work on dashboards and reports using Power Platform, assist with requirements, testing, and documentation, and help roll out central BI outputs to local markets while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Some practical BI development or analytics experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Power BI; hands-on preferred.
• Familiarity with data modelling concepts and semantic models.
• Interest in AI capabilities in BI and a proactive learner.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of BI products including dashboards, reports, and analytical tools on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support the delivery lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with local BI teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Ensure outputs align with governance standards and style guides.
• Assist with enablement materials, demos, and documentation for local markets.
• Work with Analytics Engineers to understand upstream data models used in BI products.
• Contribute to the central reusable assets catalogue and peer reviews.
