Job summary

Bleach London in the Netherlands is seeking a Project & Product Manager to drive beauty product development from concept to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Soest and London, manage timelines, and ensure a clear overview of all moving parts in a hybrid setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in a fast-moving environment, with agile experience and a passion for beauty. You will support the New Product Development process and collaborate with brand, R&D, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage beauty product development projects from concept to launch, working cross-functionally with brand, R&D, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Provide team leadership and guidance across teams in Soest and London, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Implement and maintain project tracking using modern tools.
• Apply agile project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve problems, mitigating risks and obstacles that could impact timelines, costs, and quality. Maintain high standards of organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Refine the New Product Development process by identifying areas for improvement and driving adoption of best practices.

About the Role

As our new Project & Product Manager in The Netherlands, you will be at the heart of our product development and go-to-market initiatives for the brand. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure we stay on track while maintaining a clear overview of all moving parts.With colleagues based both in London and Soest, you’ll play an important role in creating a strong sense of one team, regardless of location.

Location: Soest near Utrecht-The Netherlands (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)

Employment Type: Full-time, regular travel to the UK

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage beauty product development projects from initial concept to launch, working cross-functionally with brand, R&D, operations, and supply chain teams
