Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking a Junior Cloud Platform Engineer to join the Cloud Platform Team within IT Platforms. You will learn by doing, working with experienced engineers to grow into cloud platform engineering while contributing to Azure automation and governance.

The role emphasizes a hybrid work model, with two days in the office and remote work on other days, a gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €4,400, and a generous benefits budget including pension and vacation days.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cloud Platform Team in maintaining and improving the Azure platform.
• Help automate repetitive tasks using scripting, templates and pipelines.
• Assist engineering teams with basic Azure and Azure DevOps questions.
• Contribute to documentation, standards and reusable platform guidance.
• Learn how to monitor platform services and help analyse incidents or service issues.
• Support improvements in security, governance and operational reliability.
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve scripts, documentation and issue analysis.
