Job summary

APS Personeel zoekt een Junior Assembly Technician voor een high-tech omgeving. Je leert op de werkvloer met begeleiding en gaat aan de slag met modules, kastjes en PCBs. Startloon bedraagt €3.182,- bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag, met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden op de eerste dag.

Je werkt in een team van circa 30 collega's, krijgt training on the job en groeit mee naar meer technisch werk en mogelijk later naar testen of kwaliteitscontrole.

Responsibilities

• Monteer kabels, onderdelen, modules en panelen volgens werkinstructies
• Volg duidelijke tekeningen en werkinstructies
• Voer eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles en visuele inspecties uit
• Begin met korte montage taken (±15 min) en groei naar complexere builds
• Werk in een schone, gestructureerde omgeving met ongeveer 30 collega's

Functieomschrijving Junior Assembly Technician

Start your technical career in a high-tech environment where you are trained from day one and guided step by step. As a Junior Assembly Technician, you will work on innovative products such as modules, cabinets, and printed circuit boards (PCBs). No experience? No problem. You will learn everything on the job with the right support.

In return for your contribution, you’ll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,-, including shift allowance. The company is conveniently located along the A50, making it easy to reach!

Your day starts with a short team check-in, after which you’ll start assembling products together with your buddy:

• Assemble components such as cables, parts, modules, and cabinets


• Follow clear work instructions and basic technical drawings


• Perform simple quality checks and visual inspections


• Start with small assembly tasks (±15 minutes)


• Grow towards more complex builds (up to 1–1.5 hours)


• Work in a clean, structured environment within a team of around 30 colleagues

Functie-eisen Junior Assembly Technician

You will develop step by step within the role, starting with basic assembly tasks and gradually moving towards more technical and complex work. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will increase, along with your salary. In the long term, this also creates opportunities to grow into roles such as testing or quality control.

Aanbod

As a Technician, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of€ 3.182,- which includes:

• A 14.4% shift allowance


• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00

• The employer contributes 17,09% of the pensionable salary to the employee’s pension scheme, starting from the age of 18


• A travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometer applies


• Overtime hours worked above 40 hours per week are compensated at 125%

• You will receive a holiday allowance of 8%
