Samyang Europe B.V. is seeking a Junior Area Sales Manager to assist the Area Sales Manager in developing and executing commercial strategies across European markets.

The role offers exposure to distributor management, retailer development, and cross-functional collaboration, paving the way toward an Area Sales Manager position. You will support sales planning, market analysis, and execution of route-to-market initiatives, with a strong focus on growth, customer relationships, and performance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2-5 years in FMCG sales or related roles.
• Experience with distributors/retailers or international customers is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the ASM in distributor and key customer relationships.
• Assist in Joint Business Reviews and Annual Business Planning.
• Monitor distributor performance against targets and KPIs.
• Assist onboarding and development of new distributors.
