Job summary

AssetCare in Amsterdam is seeking a Medior CDD Analyst to join the Investor Administration team. You will independently conduct CDD investigations and act as a Transfer Agent, handling transactions and fund reporting for managers and investors.

Minimum 2–4 years in CDD/KYC, HBO degree, strong Wwft knowledge, and fluency in Dutch and English are required. The role offers growth in a dynamic, digital-transformation focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of CDD/KYC experience within the financial sector.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent level of working and thinking.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Wwft, Sanctiewet 1977, and other regulations.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Structured, disciplined, and proactive with integrity.
• Clear communicator with fund managers and investors, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform CDD/KYC investigations on participants with risk assessment.
• Perform second-level quality checks on CDD files and provide feedback to colleagues.
• Process and review transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, capital calls and closings.
• Contribute to publication of fund reports, investor reports, and transaction statements.
• Identify improvements and contribute to product and process improvements.
