Job summary

ING is offering a Junior Business Analyst role within the ALM Core team of the Financial Risk Tribe. You will learn ALM, QRM, and regulatory change while supporting data ingestion, processing and reporting across Risk, Finance, Treasury and Technology.

You will contribute to end-to-end delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop your coordination and analytical skills in a dynamic, international environment. Hybrid working and ongoing growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Financial Risk, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Curiosity about Financial Risk, banking regulation and technology.
• Foundational analytical skills with Excel, SQL and data analysis.
• Experience or strong interest in project coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end ALM data ingestion and reporting.
• Document and clarify business requirements and decisions.
• Coordinate planning and track progress across teams.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Treasury and IT colleagues.
• Understand data flows into QRM and how risk calculations are performed.
• Translate questions and findings into practical delivery inputs.
