Traffic Company is seeking an Online marketeer to join our Leeuwarden office. You will monitor results, grow our partner network, and work with teams across continents to optimize performance.

Expect a dynamic environment with travel to events and close collaboration with the marketing department. You do not need prior experience beyond 0-2 years; we value ambition, a proactive attitude, and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in online marketing / sales.
• Commercial attitude and proactive mindset.
• Dutch and English required, another language is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in online marketing and affiliate marketing; knowledge of CPA/CPM/CPC/CPL models.

Traffic Company is for more than 12 years a strong and known brand in the online industry,because of our fast growth, we are looking for new talented people for our marketing/salesdepartment. We are looking for an Online marketeer with the potential to grow within thecompany. We are willing to invest in new talent and that's the reason that experience isn'tmandatory. We are looking for a person who is ambitious and who has a pro active attitude. Webelieve that this is enough to create an online specialist.

The current team is eager to help and welcome new talent on board. Our office is based inLeeuwarden (Netherlands). Your day will start by checking stats and results of the previousday(s), your partners in China already started their day while your partners from south Americawill be online around later in the afternoon. Together with the marketing team you will checkhow we can improve and optimize these results. Hopefully you are full of energy and have nicecreative ideas in order to improve the business. It's important you are able to multitask,because it can be dynamic and no two days are alike. In order to get a better relationship withyour partners and a better understanding of the market we visit several events around theworld. It's important you are able to represent Traffic Company in the best way, so you need tobe comfortable to meet and recruit new partners face to face or during Microsoft Teams calls.

You will manage a customer portfolio which will be based around the world. It's your goal toacquire new partners, maintain and scale up current partners and we will make sure you will getthe skillset that's needed to do the job!

Who are we looking for?

• 0-2 years of experience in online marketing / sales

• Dutch/English is required and preferable 1 other language
• A strong analytical person
• Flexibel, independent and initiative
