Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/AI/IT or equivalent experience.
• Product mindset owning and solving business problems with tech.
• 2–5 years of professional Java experience and backend focus.
• Strong English skills; no Dutch required.
• Experience with AI tooling and agentic engineering.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
