Job summary

Описание: Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks provide a cloud-first platform combining AI-powered video management with cloud-based access control and video surveillance. The platform supports safer, smarter, and more autonomous physical spaces across commercial real estate, retail, healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure.

Задачи:

• Design and develop full-stack IAM solutions using Java and Python
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows
• Maintain and scale the core identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary authentication and authorization platform
• Implement IDaaS solutions including Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning and role-based access control
• Ensure encryption and data protection standards are met in alignment with global regulations
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to refine identity solutions for business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues to ensure optimal system performance
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of learning and cooperation
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and stand-ups

Требования:

• 3–5 Years of full-stack development experience with deep proficiency in Java and Python
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A documented track record of using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude to improve engineering velocity and code quality
• Deep expertise in architecting and managing Auth0 ecosystems, cloud-native IAM architecture, and API-first design principles
• Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle and secure-by-design practices
• Strong knowledge of modern cryptography and data protection standards
