Job summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Full Stack IAM Developer in Amsterdam to evolve our identity ecosystem using Java and Python. You will work within a forward-thinking team, leveraging AI-assisted coding tools like Claude to deliver secure, high-performance features and a robust identity landscape.

You will design, implement, and scale IAM solutions with Auth0 and other IDaaS platforms, while mentoring teammates and participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development with Java and Python.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Claude) to boost velocity and code quality.
• Deep expertise in architecting/Auth0 ecosystems, cloud-native IAM architecture, and API-first design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack IAM solutions using Java and Python.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows.
• Maintain and scale identity architecture with Auth0 as primary authentication/authorization platform.
• Implement IDaaS solutions like Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping.
• Manage identity lifecycle, including user provisioning and RBAC.
• Ensure encryption and data protection per global regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor identity solutions.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues for optimal system performance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote learning.

Requirements

• Forward-thinking approach to development, with a documented track record of leveraging AI-assisted coding tools like Claude to significantly boost engineering velocity and code quality.
• Deep technical expertise in architecting and managing Auth0 ecosystems, focusing on cloud-native IAM architecture and API-first design principles.
• Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle, implementing secure-by-design practices to safeguard user data and streamline access management.
• Solid foundation in modern cryptography and data protection standards, ensuring all solutions are resilient against evolving security threats.
