Bartender - Freddy's Bar

At De L'Europe, our hotel is a haven for a variety of culinary experiences as diverse as the vibrant city of Amsterdam itself. Our guests can savor everything from a laid-back bitterbal and a crisp, frothy Heineken beer to an extravagant six-course menu paired with the very best wines. Right now, we're on the lookout for the ultimate Bartender to become part of Freddy's legacy - someone who not only knows their way around the classics but also thrives in our lively bar, buzzing with camaraderie and a commitment to delivering top-notch service with the perfect beers.

What you’ll do

• Kick off the party for every guest with a warm welcome and expertly take orders for your signature drinks
• Become the maestro of the drink menu, guiding guests through every sip
• Sling recommendations based on our guests' preferences
• Team up with the lively crew behind the bar and in the kitchen
• Keep the Freddy's vibe flowing - it's all about that dynamic duo of beer and camaraderie
• Share your bartending knowledge with the rest of the team
• High-five the Bar Manager as you keep the good times rolling.

Who you are

• A seasoned bartender with a knack for crafting classic cocktails and curating an excellent beer selection
• Passionate about hospitality, creating an atmosphere where every visit feels like a celebration
• The go-to person for enhancing any occasion, complete with the perfect drink recommendation
• Quick on your feet and ready for action in the fast-paced
• Excited to share your bartending expertise and vibe
• The positive force that keeps the team rocking, all while paying attention to the little things
• Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination
• Always rocking a smile and armed with solutions for any question that comes your way.

Nice to have

• A genuine passion for crafting classic cocktails and curating a killer beer selection
• Experience in guiding and inspiring the next generation
• Previous experience in a bar where the atmosphere is as important as the drinks themselves.
