Job summary

Summa College in Eindhoven invites you to lead the IT Technology team. You coach about twenty professionals across network, systems, Intune, integration, architecture and security to own delivery and continuously improve.

You translate strategic ambitions into a clear technical roadmap, balancing open source, cloud, and on‑premise needs. As a member of the Management Team, you shape the technical direction and collaborate with Service Management and Midas, reporting to the Director of IT.

Qualifications

• You have a higher professional or university level of work and thinking.
• You have experience leading technical professionals.
• You possess a broad technical foundation in IT infrastructure, management, integration, and/or development.
• You can translate strategic ambitions into a clear technical direction and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching leadership to approximately twenty technical professionals.
• You foster ownership, collaboration, craftsmanship, and a safe feedback culture.
• You coordinate across network, systems, Intune backend, integration, architecture, and security.
• You translate Summa's strategy into a coherent technical roadmap.
• You collaborate with Service Management and other disciplines for service delivery.
