Job summary

EUROCONTROL Maastricht Centre is seeking a Senior Office IT Team Lead to plan, deliver and continuously improve the Office IT services. You will manage the IT team, oversee Microsoft 365 platforms, endpoint management and service desk support, ensuring secure, reliable operations and strong stakeholder collaboration in a multinational environment.

The role requires English proficiency at C1 level and experience in budget support, procurement, and project leadership within a hybrid work model

Qualifications

• Completion of relevant third level studies (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science) across EQF Level 6 with 4+ years of experience or Level 7 with 3+ years experience.
• Experience managing Office IT services.
• Experience in people management or supervision, or ability to lead a team.
• Experience operating Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and monitor Office IT team activities including workload planning and staff development.
• Deliver, operate and continuously improve Office IT services (Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, endpoint management, helpdesk).
• Ensure availability and security of Office IT environments, update procedures, and performance reporting.
• Manage lifecycle and evolution of IT products and infrastructure with standardisation and compliance.
• Lead Office IT projects, deployments and automation initiatives with stakeholder coordination.
• Support budget, procurement, and contract follow-up; ensure resources meet needs.
• Monitor incidents, risks and service quality; perform root-cause analyses and reporting.
