NCIM in The Hague is seeking a Resource Manager to connect IT talent with client projects. You’ll build your network, run intake conversations and match IT specialists to live requests from our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of work experience; staffing background a plus.
• Fluent Dutch is a hard requirement.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain NCIM's talent network.
• Conduct intake conversations and assess candidate fit.
• Match IT specialists to client requests quickly and accurately.
• Own the matchmaking process to place the right consultant with the right project.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other channels to grow the network.
