Effectory, Europe’s leading employee feedback solution, seeks an IT Systems Administrator to manage and secure the IT infrastructure, focusing on automation, AI, and process optimization. You will ensure availability and support end users while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, servers, and cloud environments, with opportunities to design automations using PowerShell and Power Automate, advancing data-driven IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and VPN.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic understanding of IT security and monitoring tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Structured and detail-oriented with proactive ownership.
• Good communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

At Effectory, the IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, and continuously improving the IT infrastructure. In addition to traditional system and network administration, the focus is on automation, AI, and process optimization. You ensure that recurring tasks are automated and support the organization in using technology more effectively.

This is your job

• Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and the IT infrastructure.
• Managing networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Ensuring availability, security, and business continuity.
• Designing and implementing automations using PowerShell, Power Automate, and similar tools.
• Researching and implementing AI solutions that make internal processes more efficient.
• Reducing manual work through self-service and automation.
• Optimizing IT processes based on data and analytics.
• Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases so that end users can help themselves.
• Advising on new technologies and innovations.
• Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

This is you

• You have experience with Windows Server administration.
