Job summary

Artefact is an applied AI company seeking an IT Support Assistant to keep our internal systems and office tech running smoothly across Windows and Mac.

You will report to the IT Director (UK) and work with People and Finance, handling onboarding, account management, hardware updates, and meeting room technology for hybrid work.

Based in the Netherlands with Utrecht as the hub, you’ll travel to the Utrecht office 2–3 days per week and enjoy a competitive salary plus a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of end-user support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Mac devices.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, and AD.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions and device security.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT user support to staff.
• Diagnose hardware/software/network issues and resolve.
• Manage IT tickets and prioritise requests.
• Maintain meeting room technology for hybrid meetings.
• Create user guides and run IT inductions for new joiners.
• Administer user and computer accounts in Google Workspace, Office 365, AD.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory.
• Oversee device security and warranties; coordinate repairs.
• Assist with IT projects and office moves.
