Michael Page (Netherlands) is seeking a freelance D365 F&O project lead to drive a major ERP transformation across international operations. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup in South Holland with 32–40 hours per week and a January 2027 start.

You will establish governance, coordinate internal and external teams, and guide workshops to translate business needs into deliverables, while ensuring adoption through structured change activities and alignment to operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP transformation programmes across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to manage diverse business and IT stakeholder groups.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
