Job summary

Royal IHC in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager IT to translate business needs into well‑structured IT projects. You will manage a portfolio of medium‑sized initiatives, across identity management tooling, application upgrades, and enterprise systems, delivering tangible improvements in a pragmatic, structured way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with application, integration, or system improvement projects.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and keep priorities clear.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; NATO nationality is required.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs and improvement ideas into clear, well-structured IT projects
• Define project scope, activities, planning, budget, deliverables, and resources with stakeholders
• Bring together project teams across IT, business functions, and external vendors to keep delivery moving
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resources, and take corrective actions when needed
• Help teams navigate changes in scope, priorities, and requirements without losing sight of the end result
• Provide clear steering information on progress, risks, budget, quality, and outcomes
• Create clarity through proper project governance, documentation, and handover
• Support the improvement of portfolio management processes and business cases
