Job summary

ACL Airshop is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of core IT systems and application projects, overseeing lifecycles, resources, vendors, and stakeholders while applying Agile methodologies.

You will develop and maintain project processes, drive on-time, on-budget delivery, communicate status to leadership, and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Min. 5 years of professional IT project management experience.
• Certifications Prince2, CAPM, and/or Agile Certified Practitioner.
• Cloud infrastructure and development on Microsoft Cloud (Azure), Google Cloud and/or AWS.
• Thorough knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, and practices, Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum Framework) and system development lifecycle.
• Experience with AI Tools and using them for IT Project management and IT Development.
• Experiences with IT Security Officer tasks and/or ISO27001 framework are preferred.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ACL Airshop’s IT Roadmap, project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Define quality standards and monitor project performance against agreed objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage requirements, risks, issues, and changes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and corrective actions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile/Scrum practices, self-organization, CI, and knowledge sharing.
• Support conflict resolution and ensure effective communication and implementation of project-related organizational changes.
• Continuously improve the project management processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
