Job summary

Your responsibilities will encompass the documentation and monitoring of processes, service level reporting, and continuous service improvement across the IT Business Application department in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Ability to drive data-driven incident prevention strategies.
