Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to support the Cell Therapy Facility startup in Leiden. You will collaborate across IT and manufacturing teams, ensuring robust infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliant documentation.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of networks, servers, and enterprise IT tools, with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Knowledge of process automation systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure troubleshooting across networks, servers, HMIs, printers, scanners, switches and firewalls.
• Lead the IT Life Cycle Management program and create roadmaps for IT infra.
• Be the Cybersecurity POC and manage system patching for local IT systems.
• Monitor and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Shared Services.
• Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
• Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems for CAR-T manufacturing.
• Create SOPs, WI and qualification documentation for equipment.
