Fugro is seeking a Global IT Sourcing Manager to shape the IT landscape and lead its global sourcing strategy. You will collaborate with CIO, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure best value, governance, and scalable technology solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in IT sourcing, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. This is a hybrid position based in Nootdorp, with flexible home-working options and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management in international environments.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in IT sourcing or a related field.
• Proven track record leading sourcing projects, contract negotiations, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex contracts, supplier performance, and risk exposure.
• Fluency in English; ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global IT sourcing and vendor management strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: supplier selection, tendering, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Act as the primary contact for global IT sourcing requests with governance, transparency, and consistency.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to prioritize demand and value.
• Drive supplier rationalization to reduce costs, manage risk, and standardize operations.
• Provide commercial, contractual, and market insights to support IT investments and sourcing decisions.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives including RFPs, renewals, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
• Develop and enhance governance frameworks and tools to improve visibility and control.
