Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions B.V. is expanding its IT team with an IT Applications Support Engineer focused on warehouse automation software. You will ensure stable daily operation of AutoStore and KCC WCS across Bleckmann sites, interfacing with Manhattan WMS and Blue Yonder Dispatcher.

The role demands cross‑functional collaboration with operations and IT teams in the Benelux and beyond. The ideal candidate holds a IT-related degree, has 1–2 years in IT application support, and is fluent in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 1–2 years IT application support, operations, or technical support experience (internships count).
• Affinity with logistics or warehousing environments.
• Experience with WMS/WCS/automation systems is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line software support for AutoStore and KCC WCS across Bleckmann sites, focusing on the Dutch region.
• Triage incidents in TopDesk using P1–P4 framework and coordinate resolution.
• Analyze logs and interface data to identify recurring issues and suggest long‑term improvements.
• Collaborate with WMS support, infra teams and operations for end‑to‑end process reliability.

In this role, you will support all automation-enabled Bleckmann sites globally and act as the primary IT contact for our automation platforms and suppliers.What You Will DoAs our IT Applications Support Engineer – Automation, you will ensure the stable daily operation of our warehouse automation systems — including AutoStore and the Kardex Control Center (KCC) Warehouse Control System.
