IT APPLICATION SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for an IT Application Specialist to work on-site in our Edegem location, with the possibility of hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, implement configuration and system improvements, and build expertise in the JDE toolkit and related technologies.

• Support key business processes, coordinate the change‑management process, and monitor the integration between JDE and other business applications to ensure reliable and efficient system operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise application support, preferably JD Edwards or a comparable ERP system, and knowledge of business processes such as sales, production, logistics, and finance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Service‑oriented and pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering efficient and user‑friendly solutions.
• Accurate, results‑driven, and capable of following an issue from analysis to resolution.
• Ambition to progress to a leadership role within the application support team (a plus).
• Willingness to work primarily on‑site at our Edegem facility.
