Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting in the Netherlands seeks a driven M&A professional to join a global team, contributing to pre-deal and post-deal work across industries. You will engage in due diligence spanning commercial, operational, IT and technology aspects, and participate in merger integrations and strategic carve-outs to help clients implement optimized operating models.

Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence projects from commercial and operational to IT and technology.
• Assist with merger integrations, planning and execution across IT, operations, finance, HR, and supply chain.
• Contribute to carve-outs and divestitures and planning of separation activities.
• Support joint ventures and alliances, advising on operating models for partnerships.

Our Global M&A practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As our team member you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies.

The work You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on: Due diligence projects, ranging from commercial and operational, to IT and technology due diligence Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute integration phases across all functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning and execution of separation activities Joint ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired operating model for the partnership
