Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven offers a bachelor’s or master’s internship in Corporate Intellectual Property. You will support the Ownership & Licensing team on IP ownership, technology collaborations and licensing matters in a global high-tech environment.

You will draft and review IP agreements, perform legal research, and prepare guidance and materials for stakeholders, with 3 on-site days per week and a start date of February 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in law or a related field.
• Strong interest in IP, technology and innovation.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and legal research capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Work proactively, independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support review and drafting of IP and technology-related agreements.
• Conduct legal research on ownership, licensing, confidentiality and tech transfer topics.
• Prepare legal guidance, presentations and stakeholder materials.
• Organize and maintain contract documentation and records.
• Assist with research collaborations and technology development projects.
• Support process improvements related to IP governance.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams on IP-related topics.
