Job summary

ASML, a leader in advanced semiconductor technology, offers a bachelor’s or master’s internship in the Corporate Intellectual Property department in Veldhoven. You will support ownership & licensing activities, engage with stakeholders, and gain practical legal experience in a global high-tech environment.

You will review IP and technology-related agreements, perform legal research, and help prepare guidance and communications.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, IP law, technology law, business law, or a related field.
Strong interest in intellectual property, technology and innovation.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate strong analytical and legal research capabilities.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to explain legal concepts clearly to different audiences.
Work proactively, independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Support review and drafting of IP and technology-related agreements.
Conduct legal research on ownership, licensing, confidentiality and tech transfer topics.
Prepare legal guidance, presentations and stakeholder communications.
Organize and maintain contract documentation and records.
Assist with projects involving research collaborations and technology development.
Support process improvements related to IP governance.
Collaborate with legal and business teams on IP topics.
