Job summary
Wireless Logic Group is seeking a technically strong Medior/Senior Technical Support Engineer – Networking & IoT in Eindhoven. You will be the primary technical contact for IoT connectivity, networking, hardware, and VPN solutions, with emphasis on complex troubleshooting and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a technical support role with focus on complex troubleshooting, networking or infrastructure.
- Experience independently investigating complex technical issues using logs and diagnostics.
- Ability to own and progress customer cases and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Hands-on networking aptitude with willingness to grow in IoT connectivity.
- Good command of Dutch and English is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive, investigate and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Configure hardware according to internal standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze log files to identify root causes and provide long-term solutions.
- Support VPN configurations and connectivity, including IPsec and remote access VPNs.
- Liaise with UK HQ for escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
