Aquablu B.V in Amsterdam is seeking a technically skilled support specialist to own the REFILL+ systems across 16 countries. You will handle complex hardware, firmware behavior, telemetry, and field service planning with partners and dealers.

This role emphasizes automation, knowledge-building, and training partner technicians to solve issues in the field. English fluency required, calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support for physical products; IoT experience a plus.
• Structured troubleshooting with telemetry readings.
• Fluent English; work with international colleagues.
• Able to teach and train partner technicians in the field.
• Document-driven approach; build knowledge bases and training content.
• AI fluency; use AI tools and validate outputs before sharing.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical escalation point for complex hardware and telemetry cases.
• Enable partner technicians by diagnosing with dealer/reseller field teams.
• Catch problems via AURA and telemetry signals; distinguish real issues from noise.
• Know when to send an engineer; plan remote or on-site visits with required parts.
• Log failures with serials, firmware, install date and environment.
• Build and maintain decision trees, knowledge base and training content.
• Collaborate with AI team to build tooling and trigger pipelines.
