Job summary

Marktlink Capital, Amsterdam-based private equity and VC fund manager, seeks an Investor Relations Officer to strengthen compliance and investor due diligence. You act as the key liaison between the firm and its investors, ensuring due diligence is thorough and efficient.

Qualifications

• Degree in law or other relevant field.
• 3–6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Great sense of responsibility and ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Performs investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepares and maintains Investor Review Forms.
• Keeps investor profiles in the online portal up to date.
• Ensures subscriptions and documentation are processed accurately.
• Assists with risk analysis and client dossiers.
• Contributes to process and procedure improvements.
• Collaborates with internal teams and supports internal audits.
