Job summary

Sancovia Corporate Finance, an owner-managed European M&A boutique, seeks an Analyst/Associate for its Amsterdam Corporate Finance team. You will identify target investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial and market analysis, and help prepare information memorandums and client presentations.

Your role also involves collaborating with senior colleagues on origination activities. A strong academic background and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication and market research skills.
• Excellent Dutch & English (written & spoken).
• Strong academics with a university degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• Previous exposure to Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting or Private Equity.
• Highly proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively identifying and assessing potential target investment companies.
• Conduct thorough research on target companies including financial modelling and competitive analysis.
• Prepare and draft presentations, information memorandums and transaction documents.
• Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities.
