Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Amsterdam is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to contribute to the Benelux M&A and Corporate Finance team. You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, from pitches to client presentations across public and private deals.

You will work with senior bankers on valuation analyses, financial modelling and due diligence, while gaining exposure to cross-border transactions and ongoing mentoring within a global investment bank.

Qualifications

• Required experience in investment banking or corporate finance with M&A and capital markets exposure.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure while multitasking across multiple projects.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred; strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of major databases such as FactSet or Bloomberg.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed valuation analyses including DCF, comps and LBO analyses.
• Support daily deal execution and project management for clients.
• Prepare presentation books, management presentations, board materials and memoranda.
• Collaborate with product and sector teams across the bank.
