Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Roosendaal to handle inventory management tasks such as cycle counting, stock adjustments, and reporting for our industrial client.

You will be part of a six-person Inventory team, with working hours from 06:00 to 19:00, in a driven and professional atmosphere that values collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics.
• Vocational qualification (MBO) in logistics-related field.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counting and stock adjustments.
• Prepare and deliver various inventory reports.
• Work with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar system.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy of inventory.

YOUR ROLE

As an Inventory Specialist, you are responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks related to inventory management. This includes, for example, tasks such as cycle counting, stock adjustments, and completing reports. We manage incoming and outgoing shipments for our industrial client. It is a dynamic environment where you will serve as a point of contact for both customers and colleagues. With your proactive approach, you will make a real difference every single day.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Cycle counting (year-round);
• Identifying issues and taking proactive steps to address them;
• Preparing and delivering various reports;
• Working with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar environment;
• Collaborating with the team in the warehouse.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

Your workplace is in Roosendaal, where we have a whole campus of warehouses! There, you will become part of the Inventory team, consisting of 6 direct colleagues. Together, you ensure that the inventory processes are managed efficiently. You do this within a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to the Contract Supervisor, and your working hours vary between 06:00 and 19:00.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a colleague with strong social and communication skills. You possess analytical ability and a good grasp of numerical data. With your hands‑on mentality and flexible attitude, you are well‑equipped to thrive within the dynamic environment of our organization.

In addition, you bring the following knowledge and experience:

• 0 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics sector;
• A vocational qualification (MBO) in a logistics‑related field;
• A good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite—Word and Excel hold no secrets for you.

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.820 and € 3.621 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
